Spend a day rattle making with
Chief Sandy Laframboise
9th September 2018
Come to learn about one of Medicine tools of the British Columbia First Nations people.
Learn their beliefs and culture as we each make a traditional hide rattle.
We hope to have horse and deer hide.
Internationally respected Sandy and her helper Lloyd Pritchard will support us to make a rattle for our own Spiritual walk.
Lorna McTavish Coulson (song-weaver and Sandys local apprentice)
will awaken our rattle songs.
Drumming with us will be Dan and Ann Teague and community drum
Spirit of the Sound.
The Day will start and conclude with a short traditional ceremony led by Sandy.
