Chief Dancing Two Eagle Spirit Devon September 2018 Chief Dancing Two Eagle Spirit, Sandy Laframboise, is an Elder from the traditional Canadian territory of the Odawa people. Since teaching in Plymouth in 2016, Sandy has taught in South Africa, Australia, Alaska and at home in Canada. For the past decade Sandy has led Sweat Lodge Ceremony on the Traditional Territory of the Tsleil Waututh Nation, and leads annual Vision Quest Ceremonies in Northern Alberta.
